Information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, work email, phone number, company or store details, number of locations, messages, and scheduling details.
We also collect limited technical and usage information, such as pages viewed, browser and device information, referral and campaign data, analytics events, and an approximate city, region, and country inferred from your IP address. Octane does not store the raw IP address with lead-form submissions, though our hosting and analytics providers may process it when handling a request.

- Deliver requested materials and service-related messages.
- Operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve our website and services.
- Understand site performance and the effectiveness of our outreach.
- Comply with law and protect Octane, our users, and others.
Cookies and analytics
We use cookies and similar technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager, to understand how the site is used. You can limit cookies through your browser settings. Blocking them may affect some site features.
When we share information
We share information with service providers that help us host the site, analyze usage, schedule meetings, store lead requests, send email, and protect our systems. These include providers such as Google, Cal.com, Resend, and DB-IP.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a merger, financing, acquisition, or sale of assets. We do not sell personal information, and we do not use information submitted through our forms for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above, our business records, and legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, but no system can be guaranteed completely secure. Learn more on our Security page.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, or to object to certain uses. You may also ask us to stop sending non-essential email.
Send a request to agent@getoctane.ai. We may need to verify your request. If we decline it, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.
